We’re looking for an AI Integrations & Automations Lead to own the design and delivery of intelligent automation systems. This is a hands-on technical leadership role combining Python engineering, AI-driven automation, and team ownership. You’ll lead a small engineering team and drive work from concept through production with speed and clarity.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience building Python-based automations or backend systems

• 2+ years in a technical lead or hands-on leadership role

• Strong experience integrating AI platforms such as OpenAI, Gemini, or Google GenAI

• Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or similar

• Solid AWS experience (Lambda, ECS, S3, CloudWatch, IAM)

• Strong understanding of API integrations, secure system design, and scalability

• Experience building reusable SDKs, internal tooling, or shared libraries

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code practices
