Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, QA Analyst, or similar hybrid role

• Strong experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and translating business workflows into functional specs

• Ability to define clear, testable, and traceable requirements

• Hands-on experience in creating test plans, test cases, and executing tests

• Experience in system testing, UAT coordination, and validating business workflows
