We’re looking for a Director of Technology to lead and scale a growing engineering organization. The right person should have past experience taking a startup through hyper growth, implementing processes and structures, solidifying the SDLC, and working fast and decisively. Responsibilities include managing the development team, scaling the team with great tech talent, and improving development professionalism as the organization scales.
Requirements
Proven experience in senior technology leadership or engineering management roles
Strong technical background with prior hands-on engineering experience
Ability to understand systems and guide technical direction without coding day to day
Experience scaling teams and driving hiring in growing organizations
Skilled at creating structure, accountability, and clear team roles
Comfortable operating in fast-moving, non-corporate environments
Demonstrated ability to lead cultural and operational change while improving execution speed
