Position Details
We’re looking for a dependable Level 2 IT Support Specialist to join our team in Brooklyn, NY and handle escalated technical issues while providing on-site client support. This is a field-heavy role that requires strong troubleshooting skills, independence, and the ability to take full ownership of tickets from start to finish.
Requirements
2–4 years of IT support experience (help desk, desktop, or field support)
Strong troubleshooting across Windows workstations, MS Office Suite, and peripherals
Experience configuring and supporting email (POP, SMTP, Exchange, Outlook)
Hands-on experience with workstation hardware (NICs, video cards, sound cards, drives, printers)
Knowledge of file/print services and remote access troubleshooting
User administration: add/remove users, groups, file permissions, backups, event logs
Ability to work independently in the field, with minimal supervision
