Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management or Project Management

• Strong ability to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable user stories and specifications

• Experience coordinating with development teams and managing project execution

• Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in driving projects forward

• Comfortable working in a smaller, fast-moving team environment

• Experience in wholesale, inventory management, supply chain, or related operational environments is a strong plus

• Prior experience in medical supplies, distribution, or similar industries preferred

• Experience with ticketing systems and workflow management tools is a plus
