Position Details
We're hiring a MSP systems engineer to work with companies and handle everything from day-to-day IT support to more advanced projects and beyond. As a client facing engineer on our team, you will have the opportunity to work with fast-growing companies and be involved in many foundational aspects of the operations. This role will cover user provisioning, hardware setup, troubleshooting, and clean escalation when issues run deep. We're looking for someone reliable who's ready to move from level 1 to level 2 in an official capacity.
Minimum of 1 years of IT or technician experience
Comfortable administering Windows and macOS
Working knowledge of Active Directory and/or Google Workspace user management
Experience with a ticketing system (Zendesk, Jira Service Desk, Freshservice)
Networking fundamentals
Hardware imaging, deployment, and asset tracking
Clear in written and verbal communication
