Role Overview As a Business Analyst you will work with our team and clients in designing technology solutions for businesses. You will define business challenges, design and document solutions, create diagrams, manage project implementation, and test and validate functionality.

Responsibilities

• Define projects through client consultations and documentation.

• Develop diagrams, flowcharts, and other visual tools to facilitate clear communication between stakeholders.

• Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate and seamless handoffs of project requirements.

• Test solutions to ensure quality of implementation

Qualifications

• Technical acumen or previous software development experience to understand and articulate system architectures and integrations.

• Business savvy with an ability to translate technical jargon into business value.

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment.

• Worked in supply chain and distribution industries.
