We are seeking an experienced Administrator to lead and manage a healthcare company with a focus on technology, infrastructure, and systems. This role is responsible for overseeing tech systems, providing support across all departments, managing company hardware/software procurement, and maintaining and developing the company’s website.

Requirements

• Manage and continuously improve all IT systems (clinical and non-clinical).

• Identify and implement technology solutions that improve efficiency.

• Experience overseeing internal system upgrades, digital transformation, or legacy migrations

• Provide fast, effective IT support to resolve issues and improve user experience.

• Prioritize needs and find creative, affordable solutions.

• Proven experience in IT management, systems administration, or a similar role.

• Strong understanding of both clinical and administrative system needs.

• Ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and implement technology improvements across departments.

• Experience managing websites (WordPress or similar platforms preferred).

• Background in healthcare or clinical environments a strong plus.
