Job Overview
A rapidly growing healthcare SaaS company, is seeking an experienced technical person to assist our team with project management, customer support, and quality assurance. The right person will be responsible to debug and reproduce bug reports, scope and contain the effect, and delegate complex issues to the right department for permanent fixes. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction by resolving technical issues efficiently.
Requirements
3+ years of professional experience in the software industry, preferably working on customer-facing applications
Writing automated tests, proactively upgrading the quality of our product, manual testing when necessary
Responsible for bug reports throughout the entire lifecycle - intake, troubleshooting, research and task write up
Act as the bridge between the Customer Service and Development teams.
Experience writing automated tests using PlayWright, Jest, Mocha, or similar tools
Minimum junior code writing skills
Strong SQL skills
Creative thinker and problem solver
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well on a team
Attention to detail and a responsible attitude
