We’re looking for a hands-on Technical Lead to drive the modernization of our internal systems into a robust, web-based platform. This role is less about coding and more about owning the transformation process, collaborating with stakeholders, managing projects, and making informed technical decisions. You’ll help bridge business needs and technology, ensuring smooth adoption, high usability, and long-term scalability in a fast-moving manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working in software, with a strong understanding of both backend and frontend architecture

• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams and managing full-cycle technical projects

• Experience overseeing or collaborating on internal system upgrades or migrations

• Ability to evaluate and select technologies that align with business needs (familiarity with Node.js, React, SQL/NoSQL is a plus)

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills – comfortable aligning tech with operations

• Familiarity with system integration, deployment, and infrastructure best practices
