We’re seeking a hands-on Tech Lead to help transform our internal systems to a state-of-the-art web-based solution. This role offers the opportunity to shape the architecture, define the tech stack, and lead development efforts in collaboration with key business stakeholders at a fast-moving manufacturing company. You will have a chance to work with the latest technology and work directly with the stakeholders to define and implement existing and new solutions into our new platform.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development

• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js (backend) and React (frontend)

• Proven ability to lead technical architecture and system design for greenfield projects

• Comfortable working with legacy code and helping translate it into modern frameworks

• Experience working with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and designing scalable APIs

• Ability to set up and manage CI/CD pipelines, version control, and deployment workflows
