We are seeking a Senior Back-End Software Engineer to design and build scalable backend systems powering healthcare applications. This role focuses on APIs, integrations, data-intensive services, scheduled jobs, and event-driven architectures. You’ll work on high-performance systems handling massive datasets where reliability, efficiency, and scalability are critical.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience with .NET / C#

• Strong experience with SQL Server and database performance optimization

• Hands-on experience with Entity Framework and RESTful APIs

• Experience building integrations with third-party systems and internal services

• Experience with scheduled jobs, background services, and event-based systems

• Strong understanding of scalable software architecture and backend design patterns

• Experience optimizing applications handling large-scale data workloads

• Familiarity with Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing
