A healthcare technology company is hiring an engineer to own production stability across a mixed estate of .NET applications supporting Medicare and Medicaid workflows. You'll be first responder when something breaks — reproducing the issue quickly, shipping the hotfix, and handing the long-term structural fix to the development team with enough diagnosis for them to act on it based on their workload. This is a high-impact role for a meticulous debugger who can move between older C# clients and modern .NET web applications without losing the thread.

Requirements

• Deep C# experience, including older codebases

• Strong SQL — able to diagnose data-layer issues

• Experience with both desktop applications and modern .NET web applications

• Very detailed at debugging

• CI/CD pipeline experience

• Ability to work calmly and reliably under pressure

• Daily working use of AI tools to accelerate diagnosis

• Healthcare or medical software experience a plus
