We are a large development team and looking to bring on a founder member for our data team. The right person should be someone that has a deep passion for data, has experience with data visualization, and understands the language of data. If you’re strong with SQL and enjoy building dashboards, and ready to take ownership of a growing team, we would like to meet you.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in a data-focused role

• Very strong SQL skills (most important)

• Experience with Power BI, plus at least one other BI/data tool (Tableau, Looker, etc.)

• Comfortable working across different data platforms (databases, warehouses, etc.)

• Able to take a business problem and turn it into clear data outputs (reports, dashboards, queries)

• Good problem-solving and analytical thinking

• Can handle large datasets without getting lost
