We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst / Technical Project Manager to take ownership of product delivery for our B2B SaaS platform and work closely with engineering and stakeholders to move initiatives from defined requirements through release. This is a highly execution-focused role responsible for fleshing out detailed requirements, eliminating ambiguity, and ensuring developers are never blocked due to unclear scope or missing information. You will translate business needs into precise user stories, acceptance criteria, and system behaviors while managing the backlog and driving day-to-day delivery.

Requirements

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Project Manager, or delivery-focused Product Owner in an Agile/Scrum environment

• Proven ability to own and manage a complex product backlog end-to-end

• Expertise in translating business and operational requirements into detailed user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria

• Experience defining data requirements, validations, business rules, and system behavior with high precision

• Ability to proactively identify gaps, edge cases, and dependencies before development begins

• Demonstrated success partnering closely with engineering teams to unblock delivery and reduce rework

• Experience leading backlog refinement, sprint planning preparation, and cross-team coordination

• Comfortable making day-to-day priority, scope, and tradeoff decisions

• Strong ownership mindset and accountability for outcomes
