Role Overview: We are seeking a Technical Project Manager who excels in client communications and problem-solving. This role will focus on interacting with clients when technical issues are reported, reproducing issues, writing detailed technical tickets, and perform quality assurance tests.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client-reported issues

  • Reproduce and investigate issues for further analysis

  • Execute quick fixes, including database modifications

  • Write comprehensive technical tickets

  • Provide status updates to stakeholders and clients


Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues quickly

  • Excellent writing skills for creating detailed technical tickets

  • Proven experience in project management and client relations
