Role Overview: We are seeking a Technical Project Manager who excels in client communications and problem-solving. This role will focus on interacting with clients when technical issues are reported, reproducing issues, writing detailed technical tickets, and perform quality assurance tests.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for client-reported issues
Reproduce and investigate issues for further analysis
Execute quick fixes, including database modifications
Write comprehensive technical tickets
Provide status updates to stakeholders and clients
Qualifications:
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues quickly
Excellent writing skills for creating detailed technical tickets
Proven experience in project management and client relations
