Position Details
We’re seeking a proactive and hands-on IT Support engineer to join our team and help in our day-to-day IT operations. This role is ideal for someone that is experienced in helpdesk and IT support and can takes responsibility for technical support, helpdesk, and IT projects.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or systems administration 
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware/software issues (printers, desktops, software, connectivity) 
- Comfortable managing IT inventory, assets, licensing, and subscriptions 
- Experience supporting onboarding/offboarding (accounts, devices, access) 
- Ability to create and maintain IT documentation and processes 
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, GSuite, and common business tools a plus
