Position Details
We’re seeking a proactive and hands-on IT Support engineer to join our team and help in our day-to-day IT operations. This role is ideal for someone that is experienced in helpdesk and IT support and can takes responsibility for technical support, helpdesk, and IT projects.
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or systems administration
Hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware/software issues (printers, desktops, software, connectivity)
Comfortable managing IT inventory, assets, licensing, and subscriptions
Experience supporting onboarding/offboarding (accounts, devices, access)
Ability to create and maintain IT documentation and processes
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, GSuite, and common business tools a plus
