We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to build and extend our Salesforce platform as our business scales. This role centers on custom development — writing Apex, building Lightning components, and integrating Salesforce with the rest of our stack — while partnering with stakeholders to turn requirements into working features. The ideal candidate is a strong engineer who coded in Salesforce in the past, writes clean and maintainable code, and can own features from spec to deployment.

Requirements

• 1+ years of software development experience building on the Salesforce platform

• Proficiency with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)

• Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, governor limits, and security architecture

• Experience with declarative tools (flows, validation rules, objects, fields) and knowing when to code vs. configure

• Ability to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
