Position Details
We’re looking for a technical support person to join our team. The right person is someone who has a deep understanding to technology, systems, and the inner workings of web apps. You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring customers can effectively manage their accounts. E-commerce experience is required.
Requirements
Solid experience working in an e-commerce environment (non-negotiable)
Hands-on experience with platforms like Goflow, Nineyard, Sellercloud, or similar systems
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Technical mindset — understands APIs, JSON, integrations, system flows
Experience with low-code or automation tools is a plus
Clear written communication (this is chat and email based)
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
