We’re looking for a Tech Lead who’s as comfortable writing code as they are guiding other engineers day to day. This role stays close to the work—building, reviewing, and improving production systems—while also helping set direction, keep quality high, and move delivery forward in a steady, reliable way. This role is ideal for a senior engineer who enjoys hands on coding, mentoring others through example, and improving real-world systems in a regulated environment.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of professional development experience

• 2 years working as a Tech Lead, Senior Engineer, or in a similar role.

• Hands-on experience with Python, FastAPI, and AWS

• A solid grasp of backend system design, APIs, data models, and integrations

• Working knowledge of React and how modern frontend architectures fit together

• Experience translating product requirements and architecture into clear technical plans.

• Comfortable leading day-to-day technical execution across all ends.

• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or similar

• Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., HIPAA, SOC 2).
