Requirements

• 2+ years of experience (ideally 3–5 years) in database development or BI roles

• Strong SQL skills

• Experience building ETL processes using SSIS

• Experience creating reports using SSRS

• Hands-on experience with Power BI (data modeling, dashboards, DAX basics)

• Good understanding of data structures and relational databases

• Ability to work independently and deliver clean, accurate reports
