We are seeking a well-rounded AI-Augmented Full-Stack Product Developer who can operate across the full product lifecycle. With AI changing how software is built, we need someone who can blend strong technical fundamentals with sound judgment, using AI to accelerate discovery, development, and delivery. This role requires someone who understands what is right vs. wrong at a detailed level and can move fast with high ownership.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of hands-on software development experience

• Strong ability across frontend, backend, and basic DevOps

• Comfortable using AI tools to speed up coding, research, testing, and documentation

• Ability to handle discovery, planning, and execution without relying on multiple separate roles

• Strong soft skills: judgment, structured thinking, communication, and ownership

• Ability to understand complex details and evaluate correctness and quality

• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-responsibility environment

• Growth mindset—hard skills can be learned fast with AI, but soft skills are essential
