We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented low code developer to help streamline and improve business processes in a healthcare business. This is an execution-driven role focused on mapping workflows, implementing tools, and creating clarity in operations. The ideal candidate is someone who loves to get into the details of how things work, understands systems thinking, and is passionate about driving operational excellence through low-code/no-code tools and smart process design.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business operations, systems implementation, or process improvement

• Familiarity with tools like Monday.com, Airtable, Smartsheet, Power Automate, and SharePoint

• Strong documentation skills (e.g., SOPs, flowcharts, Lucidchart, Visio, Google Slides)

• Proven ability to manage projects and collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups

• Experience in healthcare or home care operations is a plus

• Comfortable interviewing users, identifying inefficiencies, and designing better workflows

• Experience in rolling out new platforms (HRIS, CRM, scheduling, etc.)

• Ability to lead change and gain buy-in without direct authority

• Analytical mindset; able to build simple dashboards or reports to surface operational insights

• Enthusiastic about simplifying complexity and using data to drive improvements
