As a technology lead, you will play a key role in managing our tech team, maintaining our servers, managing dedicated projects, and integrating 3rd party systems to our solution. You will ensure the smooth operation and enhancement of our technology stack, leveraging both your technical proficiency and excellent interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in software development

• Proficiency in PHP and JavaScript

• Basic experience in Linux server management

• Manage and drive projects from inception to completion, aligning with broader business goals.

• Integrate various platforms and technologies to enhance functionality and support strategic objectives.

• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to advance the company’s technology capabilities.

• Oversee and mentor the development team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration

• Contribute to the strategic planning of technology investments and resource allocation.

• Serve as a key liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment with overall technology strategy.
