A healthcare technology company is building a new platform from the ground up, replacing paid third-party software piece by piece with custom-built systems. You'll own full stack .NET development on a greenfield product that automates core processes and checks, ingests HL7 and EDI feeds, and pushes tens of thousands of records per day through a smart, context-aware task queue with human-in-the-loop review. This is a build role for someone who ships fast, keeps the full architecture in view rather than just their ticket, and treats AI coding tools as standard equipment.

Requirements

• Strong full stack .NET experience — C#, modern .NET

• Ability to build new systems from scratch

• Comfortable owning systems end to end

• CI/CD pipeline experience

• Daily working use of AI coding tools (Claude Code or Codex)

• Ability to design automated workflows with human review built in where the stakes require it

• Healthcare or medical software experience a plus

• HL7 or EDI experience a plus
