Position Details
We’re looking for a dependable Level 2 IT Support Specialist to join our team and handle escalated technical issues while ensuring smooth day-to-day support for our clients. This role requires someone who can take ownership of problems, work independently, and provide high-quality resolutions without heavy hand-holding.
Requirements
2–4 years of IT support experience (help desk, desktop, or technical support)
Ability to take ownership of tickets and follow through to resolution
Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows workstations and MS Office Suite
Experience configuring and supporting email (POP, SMTP, Exchange, Outlook)
Familiarity with workstation hardware (NICs, video cards, sound cards, drives, peripherals)
Knowledge of file/print services and remote access troubleshooting
User administration skills: add/remove users, groups, file permissions, backups, event logs
