Position Details
We are seeking a dependable Level 2 IT Support Specialist to take charge of our internal IT department. The role covers day-to-day IT support for both software (primarily EMR) and hardware, while acting as a liaison between staff and external MSP personnel.
**Requirement: **
Level 2 IT experience with the ability to solve small issues quickly.
Support EMR systems, medical software, and general office applications.
Troubleshoot hardware issues (PCs, printers, phones, peripherals) and basic network problems.
Serve as a liaison between staff, call center teams, and IT vendors.
Set up and maintain workstations, user accounts, and system access.
Communicate clearly and professionally in a fast-paced clinical environment.
