We are seeking a UX/UI Designer with EHR or clinical workflow design experience to help shape a new system built for a specialized medical use case. You’ll work closely with a fast-moving startup team, including backend/frontend developers already building the product. Existing Figma files will be provided for improvement, restructuring, or full redesign based on your expertise.

Requirements

• Experience designing systems for medical and healthcare interfaces

• Deep understanding of doctor/patient UX expectations

• Strong ability to review and optimize existing Figma designs

• Proven UX/UI design skills with a portfolio showcasing healthcare-related products

• Comfortable assisting with bug reporting, ticket writing, and coordination with developers

• Excellent communication skills; able to work cross-functionally with non-technical staff
