We're looking for an AI-first UI/UX Designer to lead the design of modern and scalable SaaS applications. This role is for a designer whose default workflow is generative: going from idea to interactive prototype in hours by directing AI rather than hand-pushing pixels, with Figma as one surface in the workflow rather than the center of it. The ideal candidate pairs strong design craft with the ability to understand business workflows, identify user pain points, and orchestrate AI tools into experiences that improve efficiency, usability, and adoption.

Requirements

• 5+ years of UI/UX or Product Design experience, with a strong portfolio in SaaS, enterprise, or workflow-driven applications

• Fluency across the AI-native design stack — prompt-to-code and generative-UI tools

• Strong in prompting and being able to steer AI toward consistent, production-grade output

• Proficiency in Figma for refinement, collaboration, and developer handoff

• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive user experiences

• Strong expertise in information architecture, workflow design, and usability principles

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

• Experience collaborating directly with engineering teams

• Experience building code- or token-based design systems is a plus
