We’re a fast-moving AI startup looking for a Founding AI/ML Engineer to architect and own our core ML systems. This is a hands-on role focused on building robust, scalable systems that directly impact our product. You’ll manage the full ML lifecycle, from modeling and development to deployment and iteration, and contribute across the engineering stack as needed. We’re looking for someone ambitious, driven, and passionate about solving complex technical problems in a startup environment.

Requirements

• Design, build, and deploy core ML models for our product, including retrieval, ranking, and prediction systems.

• Engineer real-time systems for dynamic content generation and personalization.

• Implement models to predict key performance metrics and optimize outcomes.

• Own the ML infrastructure, including A/B testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines for rapid iteration.

• Contribute to other parts of the engineering stack as needed.

• Proven experience building and deploying production ML systems. Experience in ad-tech or recommendation systems is a plus but not required.

• Strong software engineering fundamentals with hands-on experience deploying and maintaining systems.
