Position Details
We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Level 2 IT Technician to join our team and take ownership of both customer-facing work and in-house IT infrastructure. This role is split between setting up and supporting systems at client sites and maintaining our enterprise-grade data center environment.
You’ll be responsible for installing and configuring routers, phone systems, and devices; supporting networking infrastructure; and ensuring smooth day-to-day performance of critical systems. The ideal candidate is technically strong, proactive, and confident working with both end users and enterprise hardware.
Requirements
3+ years of IT experience with a focus on hardware, networking, and system support
Strong knowledge of Cisco routers, switches, and protocols (especially EIGRP); Cisco certifications are a plus
Comfortable with Linux systems, particularly in a data center or enterprise environment
Skilled in router installation, system activation, phone system programming, and CCTV setup
Able to troubleshoot both hardware and software issues across a wide range of devices
Familiarity with CAT5 wiring and basic cable modifications
Experience supporting VoIP systems — can be trained, but prior exposure is a plus
Excellent communication skills — must be comfortable speaking with customers and internal users
