We are looking for a Level 2 IT Technician to join our team and take ownership of preparing, installing, and supporting phone systems and IT infrastructure for our clients. This role is hands-on ideal for someone experienced in hardware setup, network configuration, and technical troubleshooting. You will work on-site to install and activate systems, configure devices, and ensure everything runs smoothly post-installation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of IT experience with a focus on hardware, networking, and system support

• Skilled in router installation, phone system programming, system activation, and CCTV setup

• Experienced in creating new networks, installing software, and troubleshooting both hardware and software issues

• Proficient in basic wiring, including modifying CAT 5 cables for phone ports

• Knowledgeable in security protocols, data backup, and system recovery procedures

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and on-site support skills

• Driver’s license is a strong plus
