Job Description

The Technical Liaison will be responsible for ensuring clear and effective communication between our in-house team and external software development partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software development processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage projects efficiently. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, project management skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a software development or project management role

• Experience working with onshore and offshore development teams.

• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and communication across teams.

• Ability to manage communication between in-house development teams and 3rd party teams.  

• Being up to date on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

• Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).

• Leadership qualities and ability to motivate teams.
