Position Details
We are looking for a Founding Account Executive to join Crux as our first dedicated sales hire. In this role, you'll take ownership of the entire sales process—from prospecting and discovery to product demonstrations, negotiations, and closing deals. You'll work directly with the founder to establish a repeatable sales process, helping shape the future of our go-to-market strategy while bringing our proven platform to construction businesses across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic.

Requirements
3+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of sourcing and closing new business.
Experience managing the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, product demonstrations, negotiations, and closing.
Strong ability to build and manage an outbound sales pipeline.
Excellent discovery and consultative selling skills with the ability to engage finance and operations decision-makers.
Comfortable selling technical SaaS products to business owners and senior stakeholders.
Experience using CRM platforms to manage pipeline, opportunities, and sales activities.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with minimal structure.
A builder's mindset with the ability to create, refine, and document sales processes and best practices.
Experience selling into the construction industry, fintech, or the QuickBooks ecosystem is a strong plus.
