We are seeking a Low-Code Developer with a strong execution mindset and at least 2 years of experience in building process automations and lightweight internal tools. This role is perfect for someone who’s excited about using platforms like Airtable, Zapier, and Make.com to solve real-world operational challenges without heavy coding. You will work closely with business and operations teams to design, build, and maintain no-code/low-code solutions that streamline workflows, improve data flow, and reduce manual effort.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with low-code/no-code tools (Airtable, Zapier, Make.com, etc.)

• Strong understanding of data structures, logic flows, and process automation

• Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into automated solutions

• Experience integrating tools via APIs, webhooks, and third-party connectors

• Basic understanding of tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and CRMs

• Detail-oriented with strong troubleshooting and debugging skills

• Clear communicator with the ability to document and present workflows

• Bonus: Familiarity with scripting (JavaScript or Python) for advanced automation

• Bonus: Experience with internal tools like Notion, Trello, or Monday.com
