We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead IT projects from planning to delivery, working closely with engineers to translate solution designs into clear execution plans. This role involves managing day-to-day technical team operations, balancing workloads, maintaining delivery quality, and ensuring smooth communication across clients, vendors, and internal teams. A technically strong, organized, and proactive leader will excel in this environment.

Requirements

• 4+ years managing IT or technical implementation projects

• Experience leading or guiding engineers/technical teams

• Understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, networking basics, endpoints, and security

• Ability to interpret engineering designs and convert them into detailed plans and timelines

• Proven ability to manage scope, deadlines, risks, and multiple concurrent projects

• Strong client-facing communication and coordination skills

• Experience supporting documentation, SOWs, project records, and process improvements

• MSP experience, Microsoft 365/Azure migration exposure, or familiarity with SMB IT environments (preferred)

• Experience with PSA tools like ConnectWise (preferred)

• PMP/CSM or similar certifications (nice to have)
