Requirements:

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.

• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in a timely manner.

• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems.

• Assist with user account management and system access.

• Document and track support requests and resolutions.

• Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role.

• Strong problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.

• Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving IT issues.

• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.

• An Ideal candidate should be able to communicate in Yiddish & English.
