Position Details
We are looking for a client-focused Technical Account Manager, ideally with experience in an MSP environment. This role serves as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring strong relationships, aligning services with business needs, and driving overall client success.
2–3 years of experience in a Technical Account Manager, Account Manager, Client Success, Customer Success, or a similar client-facing role within the tech industry (MSP experience preferred)
Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Support, etc.)
Understanding of IT services, SLAs, and managed services environments
Ability to manage client expectations, prioritize needs, and handle multiple accounts effectively
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
Experience with client onboarding, account growth strategies, and contract/service discussions is a plus
Comfortable acting as the main point of contact and representing the company in client interactions
