We are seeking a capable and experienced Technical Lead to oversee a software team and guide the development of our web-based platform. This role requires technical leadership, architectural oversight, and development management.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in software development

• Strong knowledge of ASP.NET, React, and SQL Server

• Ability to manage offshore developers and oversee project delivery

• Experience reviewing product requirements and converting them into technical tasks

• Comfortable working with hybrid systems combining white-labeled and custom modules

• Familiarity with software deployment, debugging, and version control

• Capable of collaborating with third-party vendors (e.g. API partners)

• Understanding of legacy desktop systems (e.g., WinForms) is a plus

• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions with minimal oversight
