We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer skilled in Ruby on Rails and React to elevate our platform. You'll work with the CEO and Design teams to turn vision into reality, leading feature development from start to finish. This role also involves guiding our off-prem engineering team and shaping our technical direction.

Responsibilities

• 3+ years of experience as a senior engineer, leading and mentoring others within high-growth startups

• 8+ years of direct hands-on development experience

• Full-stack development experience working with Ruby on Rails and React

• Thrive working in a high-growth startup environment

• Proven experience mentoring and leading other developers

• Flexibility to adjust and adapt to business and industry changes

• Balance technical feasibility with user experience and business goals, weighing quick wins with long-term investments appropriately

• Strong people management skills with proven success in motivating and mentoring a team of developers

• Experience working in the Personal Productivity or Compliance tech space is preferred

• Experience working with large companies
