Overview: We are a fast-growing third-party logistics provider specializing in e-commerce channels like Amazon, and we’re looking for a Data Analyst / BI Developer to help us turn data into actionable insights. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical skills in Power BI and SQL, a solid understanding of business operations, and the ability to communicate clearly and think beyond the code. You’ll work directly with stakeholders to design dashboards, automate workflows, and contribute to future low-code app development.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a data analyst or BI developer role

• Advanced skills in Power BI and SQL (PostgreSQL preferred)

• Experience with low-code platforms like Make.com (Integromat); Bubble is a plus

• Ability to design clean, insightful dashboards and explain your work clearly (e.g., via Loom videos)

• Strong understanding of business logic, KPIs, and process automation

• Comfortable working in a remote U.S. time zone (EST) schedule

• Good communication and collaborative problem-solving skills

• Open to occasional Sunday hours and long-term growth within the team
