We are seeking an experienced Low Voltage Project Coordinator to support our Low Voltage team from the back-office side. This role works closely with our field technicians, project manager, vendors, and customers to keep all project activities organized and moving smoothly. To succeed here, you’ll need strong pre-planning skills, the ability to understand low-voltage equipment (including identifying model numbers and their purpose), and the confidence to manage many moving parts in a fast-paced, detail-heavy environment.

Requirements

• Hands-on understanding of low-voltage systems (CCTV, access control, wiring, hardware, basic networking)

• Ability to interpret equipment details and model numbers

• Strong organizational, planning, and follow-up skills

• Comfortable coordinating multiple projects at once

• Experience with scheduling, procurement, and vendor/customer communication

• Ability to track materials, timelines, and job progress

• Clear, confident communication with an ownership mindset
