Position Details
We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Senior IT Technician to handle advanced support, root cause analysis, and system design across both cloud and on-premise environments. This role is ideal for someone who can take full ownership of technical challenges, manage escalations, and implement robust solutions under tight timelines with minimal supervision. You’ll also serve as a senior technical contact for clients and play a key role in project execution and infrastructure planning.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in IT support or infrastructure engineering
Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPO
Proficient in Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Azure AD
Solid understanding of networking, firewalls, VPNs, and virtualization
Experience with backup/disaster recovery solutions
Basic scripting or automation skills (e.g., PowerShell)
Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
Proven ability to lead technical projects and resolve escalated issues
