Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer to join our newly-formed technology team. With a minimum of 6 years in the industry, the ideal candidate will play a central role in building and optimizing scalable backend systems. This is a unique opportunity to significantly influence projects, be a key voice in team decisions, and take ownership of backend development tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust backend systems.

• Optimize performance of applications and databases.

• Collaborate closely with front-end developers and designers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

• Implement automated testing frameworks and practices.

• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality software against tight schedules.

• Experience with WMS and ERP systems a big plus

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years of professional backend development experience.

• Mastery in the Microsoft stack backend languages (C#, .Net, SQL Server).

• Expert proficiency in Git.

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Self-guided with a strong desire to take initiative and ownership of projects.
