We are seeking an EMR Implementation & Integration Lead to lead the selection, implementation, and adoption of an EMR system across a multi-location healthcare organization. This role focuses on system integration, workflow modernization, and user adoption, working closely with leadership and operational teams.

Requirements

• Strong experience with EMR/EDR systems.

• Hands-on exposure to SNF EMRs such as PointClickCare (PCC), MatrixCare, Sigma, or similar.

• PCC API integration experience is highly desirable (interface-level integration, push/pull data)

• Experience working with APIs to integrate multiple systems

• Must be comfortable working with people, training teams, and leading onboarding

• Ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Experience configuring EMRs, defining workflows, and troubleshooting usage issues

• Comfortable training and supporting staff.
