Requirements

• Strong background in AI/ML engineering, deep learning, or applied research

• Experience developing or fine-tuning large models (LLMs, vision models, or generative AI)

• Ability to design, test, and optimize ML pipelines, training workflows, and deployment strategies

• Proficiency with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or other major ML frameworks

• Strong understanding of distributed computing, model evaluation, and data processing

• Experience contributing to high-impact AI products or research

• Excellent communication skills and ability to operate in a strategic, advisory, or hybrid engineering capacity
