Position Details

We are seeking a detail-oriented Insurance Audit Analyst to support the insurance premium audit process by reviewing payroll, financial, and business records for policyholders. This role involves communicating with clients and their representatives, examining documentation, identifying relevant exposure information, and preparing accurate audit reports that help insurance carriers determine the appropriate premium for Workers' Compensation and General Liability policies.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to review documents accurately

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Comfortable interacting with clients, business owners, accountants, and other representatives

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook

  • Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new software applications

  • Ability to analyze information and prepare clear, accurate reports

  • Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently

  • Professional, customer-focused, and service-oriented approach

  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines

  • Experience in insurance operations, compliance, auditing, payroll, bookkeeping, or administrative support is a plus

  • Familiarity with payroll records, financial documents, business records, or reporting processes is preferred
