Position Details
We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to help manage and improve our Salesforce platform. This role will focus on supporting day-to-day requests, helping build new features, and ensuring the system continues to meet the needs of the business. The ideal candidate has a technical mindset, experience working with Salesforce from an admin and/or development side, and strong communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical teams.
Requirements
2+ years of experience working with Salesforce or another CRM platform
Experience supporting and maintaining CRM systems in a business environment
Ability to gather requirements and help guide the development of new features or improvements
Experience with Salesforce configuration (fields, objects, workflows, reports, dashboards, etc.)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Comfortable managing incoming requests and prioritizing tasks
Strong communication skills and ability to work with different teams
Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus
