We are looking for an IT Manager with both technical expertise and strong management skills to oversee IT operations, business processes, and team leadership.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of IT experience with hands-on knowledge of networking, security, servers, and cloud/on-prem infrastructure.

• Proven ability to lead and manage IT teams.

• Strong business management skills, including payroll, IT budgeting, vendor management, and process optimization.

• Ability to develop and maintain IT policies, documentation, and compliance standards.

• Strong problem-solving skills, with an understanding to new tech systems and IT demands

• Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining onboarding process for new hires

• Passion for technology and innovation, with a mindset for new and novel tech solutions.
