We’re looking for a hands-on AI Automation Developer to design and develop medical billing solutions. The role involves building automation workflows and applying AI to reduce manual work across eligibility, claim submission, payment posting, and denial management. You’ll work closely with billing and operations teams to identify automation opportunities and deploy scalable solutions that directly improve accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience as a Software Engineer / AI Developer / Automation Engineer.

• Strong proficiency in Python, API integration, and workflow automation.

• Hands-on experience developing and deploying AI, ML, or RPA solutions.

• Familiarity with medical billing or revenue cycle management (RCM) processes.

• Ability to translate operational workflows into technical automation requirements.

• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and documentation skills.

• Self-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

• Experience with AI models for text or data processing is a plus.
