We are looking for a hands-on AI Engineer to design and build AI-driven medical billing and RCM systems from the ground up. This role focuses on architecting core AI platforms, data pipelines, and intelligent services that power eligibility checks, claims processing, payment posting, and denial management. You’ll own system design and model development while working closely with operations teams to deliver scalable, production-ready AI solutions.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience as an AI Engineer, ML Engineer, or Software Engineer with a strong AI focus

• Strong proficiency in Python and backend system development

• Experience building AI/ML systems and core infrastructure from scratch

• Hands-on experience developing, training, and deploying AI/ML models (NLP, document AI, or data processing)

• Strong understanding of APIs, data pipelines, and production ML workflows

• Familiarity with medical billing or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes

• Ability to translate complex operational problems into scalable AI architectures

• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and documentation skills
