Position Details
We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Level 3 IT Support Specialist to join our growing team. This role involves handling complex escalations, troubleshooting advanced end-user and infrastructure issues, and contributing to larger IT projects and system improvements. The ideal candidate takes ownership of their work, pays attention to detail, and delivers high-quality support with minimal supervision.
Requirements
4–7 years of IT support or service desk experience, including 2+ years handling L3 escalations
Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, networking, and infrastructure issues
Strong experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy management (user provisioning, permissions, domain services)
Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, or Citrix)
Experience with routers and firewalls
Experience with Citrix & Windows RDP
Understanding of relationship between switches, hubs, patch panels and connecting nodes to a network
Understanding of DNS services
Working Knowledge of Non-Cisco Firewall Technologies - SonicWALL, FortiGate
Familiarity with remote access and endpoint management tools (e.g., Intune, SCCM, RMM platforms)
Ability to configure, install, and troubleshoot workstation hardware (NICs, storage, peripherals)
