Position Details

We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Level 3 IT Support Specialist to join our growing team. This role involves handling complex escalations, troubleshooting advanced end-user and infrastructure issues, and contributing to larger IT projects and system improvements. The ideal candidate takes ownership of their work, pays attention to detail, and delivers high-quality support with minimal supervision.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of IT support or service desk experience, including 2+ years handling L3 escalations

  • Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, networking, and infrastructure issues

  • Strong experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy management (user provisioning, permissions, domain services)

  • Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, or Citrix)

  • Experience with routers and firewalls

  • Experience with Citrix & Windows RDP

  • Understanding of relationship between switches, hubs, patch panels and connecting nodes to a network

  • Understanding of DNS services

  • Working Knowledge of Non-Cisco Firewall Technologies - SonicWALL, FortiGate

  • Familiarity with remote access and endpoint management tools (e.g., Intune, SCCM, RMM platforms)

  • Ability to configure, install, and troubleshoot workstation hardware (NICs, storage, peripherals)
