As a Backend Developer, you'll take ownership of key backend systems powering medical admin tools and order processing. You'll work with a modern backend stack (Node.js and NestJS) to build scalable, modular services that make a real-world impact.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js

• 2+ years working with NestJS in production

• Strong experience with TypeORM or a similar ORM

• Proficient in designing and building RESTful APIs

• Deep understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred)

• Provider & facility management

• Workflow automation for order placement

• Write clean, well-documented code with unit/integration test coverage

• Familiarity with Git, Docker, and modern dev workflows
